Job Summary

HRBP III serves as a strategic HR partner translating complex business initiatives into people solutions, aligning People objectives with organizational goals across designated business units. Provides expert counsel to leadership on tactical and strategic HR matters, delivering high-quality, customer-focused service, supporting all levels of employees by developing, implementing, administering and maintaining HR projects, programs, processes and policies, and driving employee engagement. Works with individuals and teams nationally and internationally to deliver projects; offers leadership with advisory partnerships, talent management, recruitment, onboarding, payroll/benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 9 years of progressive HR experience, ability to travel ~15%, and relocation assistance is provided. Requires onsite presence in the US with potential international components; does not sponsor visas unless specified.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 9 years of progressive HR experience as an HRBP
  • 4 years of experience in a multi-functional international environment
  • Experience with HRIS tools like ADP, Workday or SAP
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • 4 years of Aerospace experience preferred
  • PHR, SPHR or SHRM certifications strongly desired
