Job Summary
HR Business Partner with local/regional/global scope, providing strategic HR insights and coaching for senior leaders. Partners with Centers of Excellence and HR Services to align HR programs with business objectives, supports organizational effectiveness initiatives, and contributes to local/global workforce planning. Requires 7-10 years of HR experience with consulting exposure; master’s degree preferred. Hybrid work arrangement expected (2 days per week in an HPE office) and strong communication, analytical, and change-management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience
- master’s degree preferred
- Typically, 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including consulting
