HRBP

Lead hourly recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, orientation, and off-boarding. Oversee internal job bidding processes and serve as the primary contact for temporary agencies. Provide support on employee relations matters such as investigations, conflict resolution, and communications regarding employee concerns. Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with operational goals and support culture and engagement initiatives. Collaborate with the HR Manager on compensation planning, compliance training, audit compliance, and reporting. This role is incentive plan eligible with a pay range of $56,900 - $75,900. Requires a BA or equivalent with three years of related experience.
