HRBP provides leadership, coaching and support for employees and managers on HR processes within the HR Partnership Model; acts as the HR Manager of record for a client group; develops in-depth knowledge of business drivers and how work integrates with other teams; communicates policy and coordinates HR programs; supports informal guidance to new team members; demonstrates strong communication, analytical thinking, and project management to execute programs and provide HR guidance to leaders and staff.
