Understand business strategy to facilitate workforce planning and outline hiring strategies for resource availability. Partner with leadership to set meaningful KRAs and KPIs, review progress periodically, and manage performance appraisals leading to rewards and improvement measures. Co-facilitate discussions on organization design, job evaluation, and compensation benchmarking while driving initiatives to build competence and retention. Execute compensation policies, promotion guidelines, and total reward strategies including sales incentive plans and retention bonuses. Support new hire onboarding and manage exit interviews to understand retention drivers. Counsel line managers on complex employee cases and resolve specific local HR issues.
