Job Summary
Contribute to HR strategies and actions by identifying talent needs, developing recruiting methodologies, and assessing management capabilities. Advise site management on talent matters, employee engagement, workforce planning, and policy interpretation to drive business outcomes. Manage the employee life cycle including onboarding, orientation, merit, and separation processes while counseling on labor laws and resolving employee relations issues. Develop local recruitment programs, coordinate job fairs, and administer benefit programs ensuring compliance with government regulations. Guide diversity and inclusion activities, lead sustainability initiatives, and partner on global HR Centers of Excellence. Respond to customer complaints and regulatory inquiries while maintaining records required by local governing bodies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Resource or related field
- 4 years of Human Resources or related experience
- operations and technical skills and comprehension of Flex's functional standards
- working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid comprehension of Flex policies and procedures
- awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions
- ability to communicate to all levels of the organization from production associates through executives
- ability to respond to customer complaints, employee issues and regulatory agency inquiries
