Job Summary
Partner with organizational leaders to translate business strategy into people strategy and drive implementation across organization design, workforce planning, talent development, and cultural transformation. Ensure deployment of global and local HR processes (e.g., performance, talent, DEI, engagement) and use data-driven insights to advise on people trends. Act as a coach to leaders on people matters, maintain high cultural standards, ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, and lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and workforce effectiveness. Collaborate across HR to deliver consistently, advocate for employee interests, monitor external environment, and leverage lean principles and AI-enabled problem solving to drive performance. Geography-focused HR work involves co-creation and execution of geo HR agendas with regional or country leadership to align with local benchmarks and market dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on strategic partnership, organization design, and change management
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not mandatory
