Job Summary
Lead the regional HR function by partnering with business stakeholders to drive growth objectives and future talent needs. Validate and maintain employee master data integrity throughout the lifecycle while ensuring strict policy adherence and legal compliance. Manage employee leave, handle grievances, and serve as the primary HR SPOC for regional leaders and field teams. Support internal audits, organize engagement initiatives, and monitor key metrics including attrition rates and attendance trends using regional HR trackers. Execute new strategies and review developmental plans for all employees.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7years of experience in a core HRBP role
- Must have handled Performance Management
- Must be able to execute and implement new strategies
- Stakeholder Management
- Hands-on with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills and Google sheets
- Hands-on experience in digital tools/ HRIS Management
