Job Summary
Conduct strategic workforce planning and gap analysis to align talent strategies with HPE's edge-to-cloud business imperatives. Lead large-scale change management initiatives and oversee business fluency to drive organizational effectiveness and resilience. Provide executive coaching and mentorship to senior leaders, interpreting data to inform risk mitigation and talent management approaches. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to optimize HR service delivery and ensure global program alignment with local regulatory needs. Contribute insights to workforce planning and budgeting strategies while championing a high-performance coaching culture.
Required Qualifications
- First-level university degree
- 10-15 years of HR experience
- significant consulting exposure
- Proven track record of leading and managing complex HR projects
- Global HR expertise
- understanding of local/regional regulations
- Deep knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations across multiple regions
- Exceptional strategic and design thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels with industry and market mindset
- Experience in developing high-performing HR teams through talent cultivation and engagement
- Proficiency in change management and organizational development
- Hybrid work arrangement (average 2 days per week from an HPE office)
