Job Summary
Lead execution of core HR processes including performance management, organizational health surveys, and talent development initiatives. Drive annual people planning, succession planning, and onboarding while partnering with line managers to design ideal organizational structures. Manage payroll calculations, statutory submissions, and expatriate tax returns to ensure timely payments. Support performance improvement plans, disciplinary matters, and global control standards testing in accordance with the PepsiCo Accountability model. Own the country employee-related cost budget, track expenses against forecasts, and align local rewards policies with regional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in HR Mgmt., Business, or related field
- Minimum of 6-8 years working experience
- End-to-end HR management
- Strong business partner mindset
