Job Summary

Partner with business leadership to align talent strategy with objectives, covering organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness. Lead disciplined talent and performance management processes, including talent reviews, year-end cycles, leadership development, and succession planning while embedding inclusion. Coach senior leaders to strengthen management capabilities in performance, feedback, and team optimization. Collaborate on talent acquisition to attract exceptional hires through rigorous role design and support high-quality onboarding experiences. Partner with Compensation to execute annual reviews and market analyses aligned with retention goals. Leverage data and analytics to identify talent trends and measure initiative impact. Work with Employee Relations to resolve employee matters thoughtfully. Operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in Blackstone's Credit & Insurance business, blending strategic advisory with hands-on execution across organizational design, talent management, and employee experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience driving strategic talent management initiatives and organizational effectiveness or development efforts
  • Demonstrated experience to develop and apply HR metrics and analytics to inform talent decisions
  • Experience supporting compensation planning and business‐aligned compensation review processes
  • Strong business and financial acumen
