Job Summary
HRBP Belux role focused on leading the Works Council and liaising with unions, responsible for the global employment framework of Belgium and Luxembourg entities, and coordinating with Belgian and Luxembourg administration. Acts as a strategic HR partner to senior management including coaching on HR strategy and legal challenges, drives HR projects, ensures regulatory compliance, resolves personnel grievances, negotiates with trade unions, and oversees HR administration, benefits contracts, and international moves (inpatriates/expatriates). Emphasizes Internal communications, engagement, wellness initiatives, and collaboration with lawyers to manage employee relations and policy updates in a dynamic in-office environment in Brussels. Fluency in French, Dutch and English required; strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive HR experience
- Very good knowledge of local legislation and labour law
- Good communication skills (face to face, on the phone)
- Good language skills (French - Dutch – English)
