Job Summary
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals. Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce planning needs, create career development plans, and support succession planning. Support performance evaluation processes, provide coaching on goal-setting and feedback, and coach managers on ensuring fair practices. Assess organizational needs for engagement and productivity, collaborate on change management initiatives, and utilize HR data to drive data-based decision-making. Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, address grievances, and develop policies ensuring compliance with local labor regulations in Brazil and Colombia. Execute initiatives fostering an inclusive work culture. This role is based in the Bogotá office with onsite, five-day workweeks.
Required Qualifications
- Strong HR business experience partnering within high-growth, SSL-based companies, particularly across Brazil and Colombia
- Experience working within HRBP processes and support in Brazil and Colombia, with understanding of local labor regulations and market dynamics
- Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, employee relations, organizational development, and talent management
- Experience supporting fast-paced, scaling environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR metrics and data to drive insights and informed decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in dynamic, evolving environments
- This role is based in our Bogotá office
- all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week
