Job Summary
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning. Lead performance management cycles, identify talent gaps, and execute development initiatives including leadership programs and career frameworks. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes while ensuring compliance with labor laws and implementing HR policies. Drive onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes, alongside engagement initiatives like one-on-ones and focus groups. Support compensation cycles and collaborate with HR CoEs to deliver business impact. Develop annual HR calendars and plans, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. Master's degree in Human Resource Management and 12–15 years of progressive experience required. Located in Bangalore, India.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management
- 12–15 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi
