Job Summary
Act as the primary strategic and tactical HR Business Partner for assigned client groups, aligning key HR policies with business goals to drive high-performance culture and great employee experiences. Provide expert operational advice, coaching, and pragmatic solutions to client group managers on people management, talent strategies, and employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievance processes. Lead HR transformation initiatives by implementing change, optimizing systems, and monitoring KPIs such as attrition and engagement to ensure remedial action is taken where necessary. Manage resourcing by partnering on headcount plans, reviewing recruitment efforts, and participating in selection activities to attract high-quality candidates. Interpret talent analytics to share insights with leaders and ensure the onboarding and development programs properly welcome and integrate new employees while promoting equality and diversity.
Required Qualifications
- CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification
- Extensive knowledge of Australian Employment law
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practice HR trends and people management techniques
- Talent management strategies
- Project & change management initiatives
- Understands relationship between HR initiatives and business drivers
- Experience of developing and embedding people-focused strategies to help deliver business objectives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders
- This role is based in our Sydney office with Hybrid working arrangement
