Job Summary

Develop and execute the global strategy for the fiduciary business across Bermuda, BVI, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Drive revenue growth through strategic client development, market expansion, and service diversification while leading operational and financial performance. Oversee business transformation initiatives spanning operational improvement, technology modernization, and scalable service delivery. Lead recruitment, succession planning, and talent retention for Heads of Client Services, and present regularly to the Board on business performance and risk. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting the business globally. Consider alternative jurisdictions for the role location, including the Cayman Islands.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field
  • Extensive senior leadership experience (typically 12+ years) within fiduciary services, corporate services, trust administration, governance, regulatory services or professional services
  • Track record of leading complex, multi-jurisdictional businesses in highly regulated international financial services environments
  • Demonstrated success driving commercial growth and leading transformation initiatives spanning operations, process improvement and technology
  • Experience with operational technology systems used in fiduciary, trust or corporate services environments (e.g. entity management, trust accounting, workflow and client onboarding platforms)
  • Strong understanding of offshore financial services markets, fiduciary structures, trust administration and the regulatory and governance frameworks that shape the industry
  • Commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, profitability management and business planning
  • Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams across multiple jurisdictions and time zones, including developing and retaining diverse talent
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with credibility across Boards, Partners, Directors, regulators and senior managers
  • Strong client development and relationship management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Regular international travel
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple jurisdictions, cultures and time zones

Desired Qualifications

  • an MBA, LLM, or relevant postgraduate qualification
  • Professional accreditation such as ICSA/CGI, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent will be viewed favourably and may substitute for a postgraduate degree where accompanied by significant relevant experience
