Job Summary
Develop and administer base and variable compensation programs across multiple geographical locations, including benchmarking, salary banding, and market competitiveness analysis. Manage day-to-day compensation activities such as job evaluation, bonus agreements, and merit increase data while delivering analytical insights to influence business decisions. Provide ongoing coaching through the annual Performance Management Review process, facilitate discussions on performance gaps, and guide managers on continuous feedback mechanisms. Morning shift from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Requires 2+ years of HR experience, fluent English, and mandatory Workday knowledge. Remote job.
