Manage HR operations by administering and maintaining personnel files from onboarding to final exit, while designing and publishing job ads to coordinate the full recruitment process and manage interviews. Organize engaging employee events and training sessions to strengthen team spirit, and research current HR trends regarding labor law and employer branding to propose innovative solutions. Analyze existing HR processes and systems to develop efficient improvements. This part-time trainee role at Valeo's Friedrichsdorf location offers flexibility to balance studies with work, allowing you to apply theoretical knowledge in a dynamic, international automotive environment.
