Job Summary
Product Owner for HR Generative AI delivering AskHR Virtual Agent capabilities. Define and manage the product backlog, translate requirements into clear user stories with data, workflow, and AI-driven interactions for a reliable employee experience. Partner with HR Service Delivery, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape scope and guide delivery plans; oversee iterative release of core features including retrieval-augmented generation, structured intake flows, process automation and data-driven services to improve accuracy, routing and employee self-service. Leverage usage data and quality signals to refine features, personalize experiences, and identify proactive AI-driven automation opportunities. Support release planning and governance to ensure AI capabilities meet data quality and responsible use expectations. Knowledge of HR service delivery processes and enterprise systems (e.g., Workday) is preferred. Montreal, QC-based role with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years' relevant product-centric experience in a product Owner or equivalent role
- Experience translating business needs into clear backlog items, with defined behaviors and acceptance criteria
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Engineering, and stakeholders) to shape scope and delivery plans
- Experience delivering AI-enabled features or complex workflow automation is preferred
