HR Vendor Manager

Job Summary
Establish and support HR Vendor Management aligned with other teams to define strategy and best practice. Drive deal initiation, assurance, and financial planning by analyzing options, developing business cases, and managing renewals. Collaborate with HR and Finance to execute cost optimization initiatives and negotiate contract terms for exits and transitions. Lead vendor governance forums, oversee performance scorecards, and implement process improvements to ensure SLA adherence. Maintain strategic relationships with Procurement and internal stakeholders while chairing governance meetings and driving continuous improvement across the Vendor Management community.
Required Qualifications
- Investment Banking/ Banking experience
- Proven track record in HR and or HR vendor management role within the financial services industry
- preferably within multinational banks
- Strong understanding of HR operational management requirements for banks
- knowledge of the external environment - regulatory, political, competitor and market
- SME across Third party risk management lifecycle
- Third party regulatory landscape
- Experience of operating within a complex matrix environment
- Deep financial and commercial awareness
- Demonstrable experience in driving vendor performance
- delivering service improvement plans
- managing vendors across all contract types
- Ability to manage and mitigate operational risk effectively
- Contract knowledge
