HR Licensed Heavy Vehicle Driver required to safely and professionally deliver building supplies across Melbourne, operating heavy rigid (HR) trucks, performing delivery and pick-up, some warehouse duties, daily pre-start inspections, securing freight, and minor unloading. Role emphasizes safety, transport legislation compliance, customer service, and reliability; forklift experience is advantageous. Immediate start with permanent role and above-award wages.
Required Qualifications
- Current VIC HR Manual Driver License – Mandatory
- Experience loading and unloading equipment using correct restraint
- A commitment to the importance of safety - you are an expert on the chain of responsibility
- Good customer service & communication skills
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Forklift License would be highly advantageous
- Sound knowledge of Melbourne metro routes
