Job Summary
Build and lead a national HR Transformation Consulting practice by developing methodologies, assessment frameworks, and intellectual property. Serve as an executive advisor to C-suite leaders on operating models, talent strategies, and technology ecosystems while overseeing complex enterprise transformation initiatives. Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver assessments, implementation roadmaps, and business case development for healthcare organizations. Drive innovation through AI, automation, and workforce analytics to optimize HR service delivery and operational processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive HR consulting and executive leadership experience
- 10+ years leading enterprise HR transformation programs
- Previous leadership experience with a Big Four consulting firm
- Significant healthcare industry consulting experience
- Experience leading large-scale HR transformation engagements
- Experience managing consulting teams across multiple concurrent projects
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and Boards
- Strong business development and consulting sales experience
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar consulting engagements

- Experience with leading HCM platforms such as Workday, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, and ADP
