Job Summary
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across Human Resources by identifying process gaps, analyzing root causes, and designing practical solutions for service delivery and employee experience. Lead small to medium-sized projects from concept through implementation, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating activities across HR Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, IT, and business leaders. Facilitate cross-functional sessions to build consensus, develop future-state solutions, and execute change management strategies that assess stakeholder impacts and foster successful adoption of new processes and tools. Present recommendations and business cases to senior leadership, translate complex operational concepts into actionable insights, and monitor adoption metrics to ensure projects achieve intended outcomes. Work within a complex matrixed environment to influence stakeholders without direct authority, championing a culture of operational excellence and sustainable process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in business transformation, project management, process improvement, HR operations, organizational change management, consulting, or related field
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects from planning through implementation
- Experience driving process improvement initiatives and achieving measurable business outcomes
- Experience leading change management efforts that impact employees, managers, and leaders
- Experience presenting recommendations and influencing senior leadership stakeholders
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
- Strong process improvement, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities
- Strong business acumen and understanding of operational processes
- Experience developing executive presentations and business cases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio or similar process mapping tools
