HR - Training Administrator

Job Summary
HR - Training Administrator role focusing on LMS administration, learning content development, and program enablement. Build and maintain Talus-specific learning content in the LMS (e-learning modules, webinars, videos, assessments, instructor-led resources), partner with subject matter experts to translate expertise into engaging training materials, apply adult-learning principles, design onboarding programs and role-based learning paths, manage user access and training workflows, ensure data accuracy and system integrity, and support virtual and in-person instructor-led training across departments. The role requires technical curiosity, strong written Communication, organization, ability to manage multiple projects, and comfort shaping complex information into learner-friendly content. Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Education/Instructional Design or related field and experience with SCORM, Articulate 360, Camtasia, and AI coaching or simulation-based learning in an LMS. Travel is limited (<5%), Dallas-based office with hybrid or virtual options.
