Job Summary
Support employee engagement, onboarding, and culture initiatives while gathering feedback to identify experience improvements. Assist HR Business Partners with workforce dashboards, org trackers, and headcount summaries for business reviews. Standardize recruitment trackers, interview processes, and hiring governance documents to improve speed and control. Analyze HR data across hiring, attrition, and lifecycle themes to prepare charts and dashboards for leadership discussions. Participate in strategic projects covering talent, culture, learning, and organization design.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- MBA HR students, final-year students or recent graduates (upto 1 year)
- Prior internship exposure in Employee Experience, HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition, HR Projects
Desired Qualifications
- MBA HR students, final-year students or recent graduates (upto 1 year) are preferred
- Prior internship exposure in Employee Experience, HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition, HR Projects will be an advantage
