HR Time and Attendance Analyst

Job Summary
HR Time and Attendance Analyst to provide front-line client and internal stakeholder support for timekeeping platforms (Kronos, TimeCo, PrismHR). Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues via phone/email/screen share, guiding clients through system navigation, configuring pay rules, schedules, and PTO accruals, onboarding new clients, and reporting on client interactions and resolutions. Requires 1–3 years in timekeeping/HRIS/payroll, strong client-facing communication, and ability to lead virtual trainings. Hybrid work schedule with three days in the office in Melville, NY. Salary up to $75K (experience-based).
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience with timekeeping, HRIS, or payroll systems
- Experience working with a time and labor management system
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and communication
- Working knowledge of timekeeping/payroll concepts (PTO accruals, overtime rules, punches, etc.)
