HR Time and Attendance Analyst

Job Summary
HR Time and Attendance Analyst to provide frontline client and internal support for timekeeping platforms (e.g., Kronos, TimeCo, PrismHR). Responsibilities include troubleshooting, guiding clients through system navigation, configuring pay rules, schedules, and PTO accruals, onboarding new clients/users, and tracking/interacting with issues to drive resolutions. Requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to manage a high volume of inquiries, and capability to lead virtual trainings or client walkthroughs (via Zoom/Teams). Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office in Tampa, FL.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience with timekeeping, HRIS, or payroll systems
- Experience working with a time and labor management system
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and communication
- Working knowledge of timekeeping/payroll concepts (PTO accruals, overtime rules, punches, etc.)
