Job Summary
HR Technology Partner (Kronos) Business Analyst role in Atlanta, US, focusing on bridging HR and technology solutions for Kronos/Kronos Pro WFM implementations. Responsibilities include serving as a liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders; analyzing HR processes; gathering and documenting business requirements for HR technology projects (Kronos/KRONOS Pro WFM, Workday integration); configuring and tailoring Kronos WFM, managing system documentation and training; conducting data analysis to support HR decision-making; participating in testing (UAT, test cases) and quality assurance; supporting integration with Workday HCM and US Payroll; working with cross-functional teams on system integration, reporting, and change management; staying current with Kronos updates and recommending enhancements; facilitating training and Hypercare support post-implementation; and contributing to program rollout strategies for approximately 15,000 US/Puerto Rico employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology or a related field or equivalent combination of related professional experience and education
- 6+ years of experience with HR technologies, preferably in the HR and/or Shared Services environment
- 3+ years experience with UKG Pro WFM, Workday or other leading HCM solutions
- Familiarity with at least 2 UKG Pro WFM functional areas: Attestation, Accruals, Personas, Attendance or Mobile
- Strong understanding of how to run reports and dataviews in WFC and UKG Pro WFM
- UKG Workforce Central to UKG Pro WFM Time & Attendance implementation experience
- Self-starter with experience implementing all Time Entry Methodologies in UKG Pro WFM
- Experience implementing GeoLocation & GeoFencing
- Transitioning Accruals from Workday to UKG Pro WFM
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work with team members across divisions.
- Ability to drill down into the detail processes for associated UKG Pro WFM functional areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
- Strong analytical and time management skills, effectively managing workflow and timelines
- Proficient reporting and computing skills in a PC environment (Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint)
