Job Summary
HR Tech Analyst sought to manage HR technology solutions, architecture, implementation, integration, data administration, and systems strategy. Work with business/functional teams to understand HR IT process challenges and recommend data-led solutions. Oversee overall effectiveness of HR technology solutions and architecture, manage HRIT projects across IT and HR with timely delivery, leverage advanced data analytics to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and collaborate with technology architects to design BI/analytics solutions including dashboards and predictive models. Develop in-house analytics knowledgebase for faster problem solving and horizontal scale into other markets/functions. Education: Post Graduation in Management/Human Resources; Experience: 5-8 years in system configuration/integrations or ERP implementations; Skills include HRIT data landscape knowledge, quantitative methods, project management, SDLC, vendor management, and strong communication.
Required Qualifications
- Post Graduation in Management/Human Resource from Tier1 Institute
- 5-8 years of experience in system configuration/Integrations or ERP Implementations
- Understanding of the HRIT data landscape (Workforce Planning, Recruitment, PMS, Rewards and Recognition, Hire to retire tools) to convert data to insights
- Knowledge of PMI project methodologies and SDLC
- Experience in vendor management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, result oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience developing in-house analytics knowledgebase and dashboards/analytics solutions
