Job Summary
HR Team - HRBP/HRER role focused on maintaining and enhancing employee relations, designing and updating HR policies, coaching managers, resolving grievances, and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws. Requires at least 3 years in HR Business Partner or Employee Relations, strong communication, and preferably BPO experience; college graduate. Will oversee policy implementation, employee coaching and discipline, records management, and safeguarding HR processes aligned with company standards and local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Business Partner / HR Employee Relations
- Knowledge of Labor Laws of the Philippines
- Excellent Communication Skills
