Job Summary
HR Talent Partner responsible for end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across retail and warehouse functions, forecasting hiring demand, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with managers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Drives employer branding and talent attraction using data-informed strategies, collaborates with operations and HR to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring quality, and leverages HRIS/ATS data to track funnel health. Role involves flexible work arrangement (remote two days a week) and a focus on creative sourcing, analytics, and community-based recruiting in rural environments.
Required Qualifications
- Proven, end-to-end recruiting experience in operations/frontline environments
- Experience recruiting in rural communities by building strong local relationships
- Ability to source, assess, and hire across multiple job families
- Creative, strategic talent sourcing and workforce planning
- Experience with employer brand, candidate communications, and process design
- Organized, pragmatic project management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Google Suite, remote collaboration tools, HRIS, ATS, Benefits portals
