HR Talent & Organizational Development Specialist

Job Summary

Design, build, and continuously improve onboarding programs, role-based learning paths, and competency development initiatives. Administer competency assessments and Employee Engagement/Culture Surveys to identify capability gaps, translating insights into targeted learning and development programs. Manage the Employer Brand across LinkedIn and Glassdoor while developing recruitment content using AI-powered tools. Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of talent and organizational development programs, preparing executive-level reports and decision-ready recommendations. Evaluate and optimize the Learning Management System, measure learning effectiveness through training metrics and business outcomes, and implement AI-driven HR initiatives including employee self-service chatbots. This role transforms HR strategies into practical frameworks to support leadership decision-making at Englewood Lab.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D), or a closely related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience designing and building learning, competency, or organizational development programs from the ground up
  • Experience administering competency assessments and Employee Engagement or organizational culture surveys and translating results into actionable initiatives
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and business writing skills with the ability to prepare executive-level, decision-ready recommendations
  • Ability to independently manage projects with a high level of ownership, initiative, and accountability
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS, Employee Engagement platforms, Canva, or similar content creation tools
  • Bilingual in English and Korean or English and Spanish
  • Experience in manufacturing, cosmetics, consumer products, or other fast-paced business environments
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, ATD, CPTD, or related HR/Talent Development certifications
  • Experience managing LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer branding platforms
  • Experience leading Employee Recognition, Employee Engagement, and Internal Communication initiatives
