Job Summary

Partner with hiring managers to build recruiting strategies, source candidates, and ensure timely position fills while managing the summer internship program lifecycle. Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and the public, handling department reception, communications, requisitions, background checks, and offer letters. Maintain accurate employee and volunteer records, process personnel actions, and ensure legal compliance through I-9 audits and E-Verify. Build HCM reports, train users, and utilize Power BI to analyze data and drive process improvements. Administer the Wellness + Engagement Program, plan staff events, and manage department expenses and workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • two years' experience working in a human resources environment
  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Competency with Microsoft Office
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft Forms
  • Power BI
  • Experience in HCM Systems
  • general knowledge of laws and processes governing the human resources function
