Job Summary
HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the global hiring pipeline across technical and commercial roles, design and implement onboarding/offboarding workflows, and manage internal HR operations for a fully remote, distributed workforce. You will drive high-velocity recruiting for engineers, QAs, PMs, Sales, Marketing, and Support; build scalable HR processes, 360-degree performance cycles, retention initiatives, and remote-first policies; automate and document workflows using tools like Notion, Recruitee, HiBob, and AI enhancements; oversee cross-border contractor management with Deel across 25+ countries; provide a high-visibility, autonomous operating model and a strong, supportive HR presence for a 50+ person remote team across the globe.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience balancing Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist/Operations
