Job Summary
Drive end-to-end recruiting, manage external partners, and improve onboarding processes while handling day-to-day HR admin, contract management, and payroll preparation. Organize employee check-ins, performance conversations, and training workshops, and serve as the primary contact for operational HR questions. Support the UK Managing Director with scheduling and coordination tasks, and lead employer branding initiatives and university relations to grow the talent pipeline. This role offers real ownership from day one as the UK team builds its platform in medical cannabis and digital health.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or vocational qualification in HR, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field
- Solid hands-on experience in recruiting and HR operations, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling environment
Desired Qualifications
- Confidence with MS Office
- experience with HR tools like Personio or applicant tracking systems (e.g. join.com)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Discretion with sensitive data
