Job Summary
HR & Talent Acquisition Intern based in Milan supporting the Italian HR team with administrative/HR tasks and end-to-end recruitment across roles from staff to graduates and senior office positions. Responsible for HR duties including monitoring time & attendance in the HRIS, maintaining HR/Payroll documents, sickness and accident procedures, and providing HR support to store members. Assists in recruiting store members, produces HR activity reports and statistics, and manages candidate communications throughout the selection process, while keeping recruiting managers updated on progress and suggesting optimisations to recruitment processes. Fluent Italian and English, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, team-oriented, detail-focused mindset are required. The role is a curricular internship with an internship agreement and is based at UNIQLO’s Milan office; 6-month paid internship with meal vouchers and staff discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in HR, Law, Business, Economics, Sociology or equivalent
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Computer literate with experience of writing email and using Excel
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Strong communication abilities
- Enthusiastic about working with a team as well as on their own
- Hands-on with a problem-solving attitude
- Internship agreement activation (Convenzione di Stage con ente promotore)
