Job Summary
HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator at BBH responsible for talent acquisition logistics and candidate management across multiple business areas. Primary in-office presence at least 4 days/week in Boston. Responsibilities include coordinating interview scheduling (video and in-person), candidate outreach, posting jobs on internal and external sites, overseeing in-person interview activity, coordinating candidate travel and reimbursement, tracking activity in Workday, and providing backup support for Campus Programs (summer interns and Co-Ops). Requires collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and demonstrated client focus, relationship management, and ability to handle confidential data with discretion. Salary range $55k-$70k base plus bonus; full benefits package described.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2+ years of relevant Human Resources coordination experience within financial services
- Experience scheduling multiple calendars in MS Outlook
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Experience producing Excel reporting required
- Experience with Workday preferred, with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage confidential candidate and/or new hire data with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment
