Job Summary
Administer and maintain the Workday Learning application, including configuration, security, content management, and platform enhancements. Independently manage a dynamic workload to meet time-sensitive deadlines across multiple concurrent projects while leading system change testing and conducting data flow analysis. Support integrations with external vendors, partner with stakeholders to validate enhancements, and ensure security concepts like role-based access and domain policies are properly applied. Conduct regular data audits to verify accuracy and troubleshoot system issues promptly. Monitor data quality trends, translate business needs into effective system solutions, and collaborate with IT to drive timely resolutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of Workday HCM administration experience
- Proficiency in Workday report writing (standard, advanced, and matrix reports)
- Experience working in a professional service or law firm environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
Desired Qualifications
- Workday Pro certification in one or more modules
