Job Summary
Senior HR Systems Analyst focused on Workday Benefits; responsibilities include owning the end-to-end lifecycle of HR system processes (configuration, releases, testing, deployment, optimization), serving as a technical and functional subject matter expert for Workday Benefits, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, IT, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions, leading upgrades/patches/integrations, administering HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and audit/compliance, developing and maintaining system documentation, creating complex reports and analytics, managing ServiceNow tickets, and supporting go-live readiness alongside post-implementation training. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Benefits, including configuration, controls, integrations, reporting, and ongoing operational support.
- 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, ADP, Kronos/UKG) within complex or large-scale environments.
