Job Summary
HR Systems Security Analyst, fully remote role focused on designing, maintaining, and governing security for Workday and related HR systems. Responsible for reviewing access needs, maintaining security configurations, ensuring policy compliance, conducting enterprise-wide Workday security assessments, validating designs through UAT, maintaining governance artifacts and role catalogs, overseeing access reviews and SOD, coordinating with vendors, and communicating security concepts to HR, Payroll, IT, and Audit stakeholders. Requires hands-on Workday security configuration expertise, ability to balance strong security controls with operational efficiency, and ability to document security configurations and governance materials with a high degree of accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in HR systems security, access governance, or identity and access management
- Hands on experience with Workday security configuration
- Experience working with HR, IT, or Audit partners
- Knowledge of Workday security architecture, including security roles, domains, business process security policies, user access administration, and role-based security concepts
