Job Summary
Implement and improve the global job classification system and compensation systems while conducting compensation market benchmarking and analysis. Formulate and manage labor cost budgets, then monitor and analyze HR data covering workforce composition, turnover rates, performance evaluations, and compensation. Plan tasks tailored to HR and organizational needs, and participate in cross-functional projects spanning multiple departments. Collaborate with HR teams in Japan and overseas group companies to drive large-scale projects and manage diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately two years of experience in human resources at a business company, or experience at a consulting firm (in any field)
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
