Job Summary
HR Systems Analyst responsible for coordinating HRIS reorganizations (SuccessFactors), maintaining Organizational Management data, investigating complex system issues, and driving improvements across a global HR tech landscape. You will act as a key user for HR systems, ensure data reliability, collaborate across HR ecosystems, participate in testing and upgrades, and contribute to a stable, compliant HR system landscape for Volvo Group’s 54-country footprint from the Wrocław hub. The role emphasizes analytical work, data quality governance, stakeholder support, and continuous process improvement within a global, cross-functional HR environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
- MS Excel proficiency
