Job Summary
HR Systems Analyst specializing in UKG Pro/Dimensions and Workday acts as a technical bridge between Human Resources and Information Technology, responsible for the configuration, maintenance, reporting, and optimization of HR Information Systems (HRIS). This role ensures that workforce data—covering payroll, time tracking, benefits, and talent management—is accurate, secure, and fully utilized. Responsibilities include system administration and configuration for UKG Pro/Dimensions and/or Workday, integration support for data feeds between payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS, continuous improvement to enhance user experience and efficiency, and providing timely end-user support while adhering to AbbVie SLC processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience OR Masters and no experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical background in enterprise applications, HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, workforce systems, or related business systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and translate business needs into system solutions
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, integrations, configuration, or application support
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently
- Experience supporting end users in a production environment
