Job Summary

HR Systems Analyst responsible for global management and maintenance of HR systems and data, ensuring data quality, system configuration, updates, and insights to support leadership decision-making. Works with Global HR Support and country focal points to optimise HRIS operations, governs data integrity, audits, reporting, GDPR compliance, and access controls. Manages systems like BambooHR, ATS, and Navex LMS, and produces analytics dashboards and KPI reports. Collaborates on HR policies, procedures, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on cross-country collaboration and training for system users. Proficiency in HR data management, system administration, process optimization, and excellent communication are required; knowledge of Arabic and/or French is a bonus. The role is remote and open to candidates based in RI countries of operation, with pre-employment checks and safeguarding commitments.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with HR and Compliance systems (e.g. NAVEX, Bamboo HRIS, ATS, LMS) in global or multi-country environments
  • Strong understanding of HR data management including data quality, integrity, reporting, and GDPR/compliance requirements
  • System administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support
  • Ability to analyse and interpret HR data, producing reports and insights
  • Experience delivering user training and developing guidance materials
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with global teams
