Job Summary
Administer and optimise the Dayforce platform across multiple modules, configuring workflows, business rules, forms, approvals, and security settings. Manage user access, permissions, and system integrity while developing meaningful HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics. Support system upgrades, testing, enhancements, and future implementations, including the rollout of a new Health & Safety system. Perform hands-on HR responsibilities for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. Ensure people systems remain secure, efficient, and user-friendly for stakeholders across HR, Payroll, H&S, IT, and operational leaders. Own and improve the HR technology landscape to deliver real value to the organisation.
