Job Summary
Analyze, design, and implement the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) platform, including system administration, support, and process improvements. Serve as the subject matter expert for a specific Workday module, collaborating with stakeholders to develop roadmaps, prioritize work efforts, and identify new functionality that supports strategic priorities. Coordinate work with assigned resources and ensure data accuracy by reviewing inputs, outputs, and reports. Recommend and implement complex technology solutions while remaining current on Workday updates and new features. This role requires at least three years of hands-on Workday configuration experience and involves working across multiple locations including Columbus, Cleveland, Houston, Dallas, Downers Grove, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Denver, East Brunswick, and Birmingham.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience configuring and supporting at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning)
- At least 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience required
- Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
- Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
