Job Summary
HR Support Specialist responsible for front-desk and administration support within the HR team. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls, maintaining reception area and on-site visitor procedures, providing administrative support to HR and other departments, responding to inquiries, maintaining HR systems, tracking attendance, coordinating meetings/events (including scheduling, travel, meals, announcements), onboarding new employees, leading employee events/engagement initiatives, and supporting related duties in an office setting with potential overtime for deadlines. Requires confidentiality, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and a collaborative, customer-service orientation.
