Job Summary
Manage staffing support, onboarding, and offboarding logistics for pick/pack associates and machine operators at the Reno fulfillment center. Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, document details accurately, and escalate employee relations issues rather than handling them independently. Support day-to-day administration of compensation, benefits, and leave programs by processing paperwork and updating records. Track training completion, maintain OSHA and workers' compensation records, and assist with bi-weekly payroll data entry and timekeeping accuracy. Coordinate engagement activities for Team Member committees and learn ADP and AI-enabled tools to improve data entry and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of Human Resources or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable following established processes with accuracy and consistency, and knowing when to ask questions instead of guessing
- Willing to learn new systems quickly
- Real willingness to learn Greenhouse or ADP
- Curious about AI, even if you're not yet fluent
- Appetite to find answers
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Humility to flag a mistake early rather than let it compound
- The kind of person associates feel comfortable approaching with a question
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt as the warehouse's day-to-day needs shift
Desired Qualifications
- Coursework or early certification progress toward SHRM-CP or similar
- Experience supporting a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center environment specifically
- Exposure to AI or automation tools used in HR operations
- Experience in a role where accuracy and follow-through mattered as much as speed
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or ADP
