Job Summary
HR Support role handling general personnel/clerical tasks across employee records, benefits, education/training, employment, compensation, and equal employment opportunity. Maintains both manual and automated personnel records, prepares reports on confidential statistics, furnishes information to authorized persons, and provides guidance on personnel policies and procedures. Responsibilities include assisting job seekers with applications, scheduling interviews, verifying visitor check-in, processing mail, data entry in spreadsheets, producing letters/labels/memos, maintaining confidentiality, and complying with CUI and security training as required. Requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; ITAR/CMMC compliance training may be assigned. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two to four years of Human Resources experience
- Basic computer proficiency and functional knowledge with applications and activities
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective oral communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with staff
- ADP experience preferred
