Job Summary
HR Support Services Consultant provides escalation and expert guidance on HR inquiries and compliance, including preemployment matters, performance management, discipline, termination procedures, leave of absences, policy development, and national employment law guidelines. Acts as a Human Resources contact for non-dedicated customer inquiries and escalations, supports TriNet systems and cross-functional teams, mentors new hires, ensures timely resolution of inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and maintains CRM documentation. Coordinates with internal SME teams, drives process improvements, and contributes to high customer retention while delivering accurate HR information and guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field is desired; or equivalent education/work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience.
- PHR/SHRM-CP required; SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred
